"Pathways to Los Rios" is a workshop designed to help you through the recruitment process when applying for positions with the Los Rios Community College District.  Our "Pathways to Los Rios" workshops are offered once per year and are open to the public.  Reservations are not needed.    Our workshops include information on:

• The application process

• The screening process

• Interview preparation and process

• Post-interview process/second interview

• Question and answer session

During the workshop, after the welcome & introductions, we  break out into two different working groups - one for classified positions (non-teaching, clerical, etc.) and one for certificated positions (faculty).
